Halfway through our season, we return to the province we started in! This week, we are once again setting up our tea table in Uthai Thani, at the home of TESS volunteer Arleth. Her chosen blend is rich and flavorful, steeped for nearly a year and a half amid lifestyle changes, starting with a uniquely challenging work condition, and navigating one of the most rural site placements in our cohort.

Our cups are filled again and again as Arleth spills the tea about visiting home, her motivation behind joining Peace Corps, and the relationships that have sustained her along the way. We sip eagerly, hearing about how she utilized the Host Country Contribution fund, and the many benefits it’s brought to the classroom. Cozy up and grab a seat for all this and more, on a warm, spicy episode of Chaa Thai!
