At the urging of the 2015 Sticky Rice editorial staff, Friends of Thailand hunted down copies of previous PCV publications.

While Sticky Rice has served as the name of Peace Corps Thailand's volunteer magazine since Group 58 arrived in the mid-1970s, there were initially very few issues of that publication available.

Friends of Thailand is a non-profit organization made up of RPCVs from Thailand who are committed to upholding the mission of Peace Corps Thailand through supporting volunteer projects, connecting the Peace Corps Thailand community, and archiving their experience. With over 1,300 members on our communication list, our reach spans the globe, keeping RPCVs connected to one another through the shared experience of serving the Thai people.
