A beautiful December evening finds us settling down for tea in the little-known province of Phi Chit, domain of one of our favorite charismatic YinD superstars, Natasha. The main flavor note of this week's blend can only be described as “laughter through the pain” as we reminisce on hopes and dreams and expectations that have one by one shattered, cracked, changed, or eeked through over the past two years.
